If a payment fails but the amount is deducted: the deducted amount is automatically refunded to your original payment method within 6–7 business days. No action is needed from your side — if it takes longer, please contact our support team with your transaction ID.
Plan activation: your plan is activated immediately after a successful payment confirmation from the gateway.
Cancellations: plans are valid for the chosen duration (3 or 12 months) and are non-refundable once activated, except in the case of a failed-but-deducted payment as above.
